Group 68 Ride

This cycle class is 60 or 45-minute and ideal for all fitness levels. This vigorous group cycle ride integrates motivational music and cardio conditioning. It is a great way to burn calories and keeping your muscles in shape – especially during the off-season.

What to Expect at Cycle Class

Saying that these classes are energetic is an understatement. The moment you walk into the room, you’re greeted with dimmed lights, setting the stage for an experience like no other. If this is your first class, be sure to come about 10 minutes early so that you can introduce yourself to the instructor and they can help you make any necessary adjustments to your bike, such as seat height. Our cycling studio is equipped with belt drives rather than chains for a smoother ride. We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing and shoes specific to cycling that will grip the pedals, but any athletic shoe will do.

During the class the instructor will pump up the music and the lighting and color of the light will change along with the tempo of the music. Your instructor will guide you through the class, letting you know when to change bike gears to increase or lower resistance, when to stand up, and more. Remember to bring a water bottle and to drink often to keep your body hydrated. And remember to breathe! If you need to take a rest, feel free to do so. Above all, your safety is our priority.
