LES MILLS GRIT is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that is presented in three specific formats: Strength, Plyo, and Cardio. Our certified instructors will rotate the format for each class offering.

GRIT Strength will improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

GRIT Plyo is a plyometric-based workout, that will make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to build a powerful, lean and athletic body.

GRIT Cardio is an explosive workout that will increase cardiovascular fitness, overall speed all while maximizing calorie burn. This workout uses body weight exercises – so no equipment is necessary.
