One of the many goals of a yoga class is to increase strength and stability. In this class, we’ll focus on improving our stability in poses like side plank (vasisthasana), tree pose (vrksasana), and half moon pose (ardha chandrasana). This practice will help your body stand firm, but stable.
Our flow 1 class is heated to 80 degrees and is a great option if you want an introduction to yoga poses and to feel out the structure of a practice. It is also a wonderful and mindful class for experienced yogis. Come as you are, and begin to bring focus to your breath, calming your thoughts, and connecting your mind and body through poses like down dog, plank, forward folds, warrior poses, and more.
Our yoga studio is heated to 105 degrees with 80% humidity, which helps increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. Get ready for a class full of foundation-building poses and to sweat out toxins. This class is equally challenging and allows time to focus on your practice.
Everything you want in a yoga class, flow 2 classes are heated to 90 degrees with 40% humidity and the Vinyasa-style class focuses on a fluid series of postures. It’s just you and the mat, a wonderful opportunity to focus on your own goals and to strengthen your mind and body.
The perfect class after a long, hard day at work, or even after an intense cycle class. Yin yoga allows you to hold poses for longer, letting you slow down and simply breathe and relax the muscles, improving flexibility and range of motion. Poses like pigeon pose (eka pada rajakapotasana) bring focus to the hips, hamstrings, and spine.
Bring awareness to every part of your body with deep poses and deep breathing. Studio 68 supplies bolsters and blocks to help your body ease into each position so you can relax your mind and focus on restoring your body. Like our yin class, restore yoga classes are perfect for the end of a busy week or for those with an active lifestyle.
A one-of-a-kind yoga class, come experience a quiet and calming session where you can truly find inner peace. Our instructors will slowly guide you through poses to help the body and mind unwind, where you can take the time to find balance from toes to fingertips.
