This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices of Studio 68 Fitness LLC (hereinafter “Studio 68”, “we”, “us” or “our”) with regard to our website and mobile application that links to this privacy policy (collectively the “Site”).

Your privacy is important to Studio 68, so we developed this privacy policy to inform you about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.  By accessing or using the Site, you consent to this privacy policy. We collect certain information from you when you access or use our Site or otherwise correspond with us, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information and other personal information. Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.  You may be asked to provide personal information anytime you are in contact with Studio 68.

The personal information we collect may be used for a variety of business purposes, including (a) to improve, update, and optimize the Site, (b) to improve customer service and support, (c) to process transactions, membership registration, renewal, billing, etc., and (d) to contact you.

We may also collect data that is not personal information, i.e. on its own it does not permit direct association with any specific individual.  Non-personal information that we collect may include occupation, language, zip code, area code, device identifier, referrer URL, location, time zone, etc.  Any such non-personal information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Site. We only have access to/collect personal information that you voluntarily give us via registration, email or other direct contact from you. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to you.

At times Studio 68 may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with Studio 68 to provide products and services, or that help Studio 68 market to customers. Our Site interfaces with MINDBODY software to provide membership services to you including managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys.  When you purchase your Studio 68 membership, you authorize Studio 68 and MINDBODY to exchange the information you provide during membership application and registration and throughout your membership term and use of the Site.  Your account will be governed by both Studio 68 and MINDBODY’s respective privacy policies. It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Studio 68 to disclose your personal information under certain circumstances. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.


Studio 68’s Site, products, applications and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services.  Any such third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies from Studio 68.  We encourage you to refer to such third-party privacy policies to find out more about what data is collected about you and how the third-party uses such data.  Studio 68 has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of linked third-party sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of the Site and welcome any feedback about third-party sites.


The Site may use social media plugins, which are provided and operated by third-party companies, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.  As a result of this, you may send to such third-party company the information that you are viewing on a certain part of our Site. The third-party may be able to link information about your visit to our Site to your account with them. Similarly, your interactions with the social media plugin may be recorded by the third-party.  Please refer to the third-party’s privacy policy to find out more about what data is collected about you and how the third-party uses such data.


To improve your experience on our Site, we may use “cookies.” Cookies are an industry standard and many other websites use them. A cookie is a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters that our Site sends to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets the Site remember your preferences.  A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the Site.  You may refuse the use of cookies or set your browser to indicate when a cookie is being sent by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser.  However, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this Site if the ability to accept cookies is disabled. We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services (such as Google Analytics), to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Site.  This may involve collecting information sent by your browser or mobile device, including pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Site. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot be reasonably manipulated to identify any particular individual user.


Studio 68 takes reasonable precautions to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information on the Site. Wherever we collect personal financial information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Site.

However, even though we have taken reasonable precautions to protect our database, no system, method of transmission over the Internet, or method of storing your personal information can be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your transmissions to us and of your personal information that we store.

It remains your responsibility to:

  1. To protect against unauthorized access of your account;
  2. To ensure no-one else uses the Site through your account;
  3. To log off or exit from your account and the Site when not using it;
  4. Where relevant, to keep your password or other access information secret. Your password and log in details are personal to you and should not be given to anyone else or used to provide shared access; and

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children.  Children under the age of 13, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to register or create an account on the Site.  If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, outside the above circumstances we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.


This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through the Site and not to information collected offline.


Studio 68 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this privacy policy at any time and without prior notice. If we modify this privacy policy, we will post the modification on the Site or provide you with notice of the modification. We will also update the “last updated date” at the top of this privacy policy. By continuing to access or use the Site after we have posted a modification on the Site or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified privacy policy. If the modified privacy policy is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site.
