We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Site. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to you.

Any such third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies from Studio 68. Studio 68 has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of linked third-party sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of the Site and welcome any feedback about third-party sites.

We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services (such as Google Analytics), to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Site. This may involve collecting information sent by your browser or mobile device, including pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Site. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot be reasonably manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Studio 68 takes reasonable precautions to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information on the Site. Wherever we collect personal financial information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Site.
However, even though we have taken reasonable precautions to protect our database, no system, method of transmission over the Internet, or method of storing your personal information can be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your transmissions to us and of your personal information that we store.
It remains your responsibility to:
- To protect against unauthorized access of your account;
- To ensure no-one else uses the Site through your account;
- To log off or exit from your account and the Site when not using it;
- Where relevant, to keep your password or other access information secret. Your password and log in details are personal to you and should not be given to anyone else or used to provide shared access; and

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children. Children under the age of 13, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to register or create an account on the Site. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, outside the above circumstances we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
